As Tata 1mg scales its retail and warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy is key to delivering a seamless healthcare experience. To support this growth, I designed the Inventory Audit Tool—a digital solution that empowers auditors and store managers to perform efficient stock checks, flag discrepancies in real time, and generate instant reports. This tool ensures inventory integrity, boosts transparency, and lays the foundation for scalable, compliant operations.

A portion of inventory is lost due to theft, mismanagement, and tracking errors, leading to financial leakage and stock discrepancies.High Pushback Rate

The audit tool is built around adaptable user journeys, allowing store managers and auditors to switch effortlessly between partial spot-checks and full wall-to-wall audits within the same interface. Instead of rigid templates, the app uses configurable tasks, batch assignments, and intuitive controls for skipping, pausing, or re-ordering items—reducing friction and downtime during stock checks.
